Cannot launch turbotax 2024 for windows

I have windows 11 pro. The 2024 turbotax software for windows (deluxe, state & fed) is able to:

download
install
i accepted the licensing agreement,
but immediately shuts down once I select the button to start my taxes.

I have taken these steps, but nothing has worked:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
I restart my computer every time.
My os is up to date
I am running the program as an admin
S mode is not on.

Does Inuit/ Turbotax offer support for technical issues?

I had to file an extension, because this is such a headache.

I already did all of the items listed on the linked site. I followed those steps before posting here, and yet it did not work.
Is there a chat function or phone number I can call for additional technical support?

Hi Catina,
An additional note, I also purchased the 2023 turbotax software on the same computer, and it ran perfectly well.
Any help you can provide is much appreciated
