I don't have emails from either of those emails.

Then I was told to visit this site http://refer.turbotax.intuit.com/faqs . Surprise, Surprise-nothing on that site loads.

Incorrect. The customer service rep helping me verified they were both first-time sign-ups and successfully filed their returns, and the returns were accepted.

How long has it been since they filed? Below is from the terms link I have posted previously.

Up to 45 days after an Advocate’s Friend redeems the Offer using the Link from the invitation, the Advocate will be sent an email with Reward information for electronic gift card and charity donation options (if made available). After Reward selection, another email will be sent with gift card e-certificate information or information regarding your selected charitable donation (if made available). The reward amount per qualified purchase by Advocate's Friends may vary, but in all cases the maximum gift card value, charitable donation value (if available), or combination of the two that an Advocate can receive under this Program is capped at $500. Rewards may be redeemed between November 1, 2024 – October 15, 2025.

My friend I referred got his 20 percent off ..I Have Not received my 25 gift card!! It's been a month and a half since taxes were filed!! ....I'm not referring friends if I don't get compensated...
