      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received two 1095A one for me and my spouse and my son also got a 1095A.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both have recipient information as myself and my wife but with different market place policy number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ours states both me and my wife which we only got Jan 2024 coverage. Covered info&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son states only his name as well as only Jan 2024 coverage. Covered info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My son didn't work the entire 2024 year does he has to file a return since he got a 1095a?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or do I include him with my return?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are claiming your son as a dependent, he would not file the 1095-A with his return; you would include the information on your return. &amp;nbsp;If he is not a dependent, yes he would have to file a tax return if he received the advanced premium tax credit (subsidy).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are claiming him as a dependent on your return, then you would not need to share the percentage. &amp;nbsp;Your percentage would be 100%. &amp;nbsp;So if you marked that I shared this policy, you can take that checkmark out of the box. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
