Hello,

Can you tell me what the code "R0529C" means in box 20b on a W2? I tried to type it into the specified field for my city taxes but it doesn't accept the code as a locality.

Box 20 represents the name of the locality where you are paying the tax in box 19. If you have information in those boxes, you will need that income used in a return for a locality. You can try to contact your employer for the exact locality however you can also type the city where you worked or where you lived. Some local tax returns are included in TurboTax, you would have to check your locality to see if you need to complete a local return.
