The question "What type of high deductible plan did [spouse] have on December 1, 2023?" followed by guidance "If [spouse] had HDHP COVERAGE on December 1, 2023, but failed to be an eligible individual for other reasons, select none.

This is very poorly written. My spouse was on a HDHP all year under my family plan. But selecting "Family" for her coverage under my family plan leads to a lapse in coverage question which isn't accurate.

Please consider changing this question. I had to get on the forum to get a better explanation of what the questing was really trying to ask. And based on the amount of others having trouble with this same question, it's clearly the question, not me.
