    <description>&lt;P&gt;another version of this product is already installed.&amp;nbsp; installation of this version cannot continue... to configure or remove the existing version of this product, use add/remove programs on the control panel.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did my daughters taxes a week ago, with the deluxe version.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;i am now trying to download the Premier version&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ive tried restarting and deleting one year of the programs.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;would like to keep the last 3-4 years on this laptop&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;thank you, Craig&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is a mistake to try to download another version of desktop software. &amp;nbsp; It is unnecessary. &amp;nbsp; Every version of &amp;nbsp;desktop has all of the same forms and schedules so you can use Deluxe for anything you can do with Premier; you just get more help in the interview screens with Premier. &amp;nbsp;If you already have Deluxe and want Premier---just upgrade to Premier. &amp;nbsp; Open the Deluxe program, go up to the top of the TT screen and look over to the far right for the &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; Click on that and you can choose to Upgrade to Premier. &amp;nbsp;Then all you do is pay the difference between the original price for Deluxe and the price for Premier.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any version of the desktop software can be used for multiple returns for various family members. &amp;nbsp;You can e-file up to five federal returns and the corresponding state returns.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Seek a refund for the Premier download that you do not need.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To request a refund for a TT product&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
