    <description>&lt;P&gt;JUST got off the phone with tech support with same issue.&amp;nbsp; After 2 hours on the phone, turns out the problem was that my activation code (the license code you receive when purchasing / downloading the software) had been deactivated.&amp;nbsp; The tech told me there are only 6 companies officially licensed to sell Turbotax online.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else is unofficial at best.&amp;nbsp; Luckily I was able to contact the website I got the original code from and they gave me a new one which when I plugged that one in (there's a menu option under the help menu) I was able to proceed with paying for and filing my tax return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
