Filing Form 6765

Exactly how do I get my completed form 6765 to the IRS? Is there a way to efile it with my turbotax return? If not do I A) Need to print and mail the entire return or B) can efile and only print and send Form 3800 and Form 6765. Please specifically advise.

Only TurboTax Business supports form 6765. You can download TurboTax Business here.

If you are not using TurboTax Business you can download form 6765 from the IRS and fill it out and attach it to your return. You would then enter the credit as a general business credit and mail in the return.

Form 6765 should not be mailed separately.

I am using Turbo Tax for Business, the desktop version and the 3800 is there but the 6765 is definitely not. So I am assuming that it's only available for the premium Live version of Turbo Tax for Business and that I'll need to print the whole thing out and mail it to ensure the 6765 is included with the entire filing?
