I filed my Girlfriends children and got audited. She does not work and I provided all their support for last two years. Anything helps because this is BANANAS.

Do the children live with you and for how long? What relationship did you list for the children on your return?

we have been living together since october 2023. Their mom claimed them for that year because she worked, and left her job to go back to school in january 2024. I have had all their support every since. I put that they were my nephews (I know not smart)
