I purchased the downloadable version of Turbotax from Amazon but the license key/redemption code is not valid. How am I supposed to complete my taxes?

The correct answer is "we cannot help you with a Turbotax purchase on Amazon". You need to purchase directly from Intuit in order for them to help you.
