SSTD or SSTB? An SSTB is a specified service trade or business. This has to do with Qualified Business Income Deduction. So if you entered self-employment income or in some situations a Schedule K-1, you will be asked if your business is one of these to determine if you qualify for the 20% QBI deduction.

Is my business an SSTB?
