Refund for programs that do not work on Chromebook.

I purchased 2 programs for TurboTax different years but did not realize that they do not work on Chromebook how do I get e refund or transfer to different computer?

You can use those downloads if you have a full PC or Mac to use them on. Desktop software does not work on a Chromebook or any other mobile device. You need a computer that meets the system requirements.
