I entered Turbo Tax from the link in the email with the discount. Yet nothing. No discount shows under Tools Center>My Fees. I cleared cookies, logged out and logged back in again from the email. Next?

I clicked the link from my email Subject: Mint users save $15 on TurboTax Premier and also didn't get the discount. Intuit you need to make this right
