It's April 8. I filed yesterday and printed the return. Estimated Tax Vouchers still have the watermark DO NOT FILE FORM NOT FINAL.

Returns were accepted by the IRS almost immediately and tax due is scheduled to be withdrawn today, currently "pending" on my bank account.

What I've read in this thread is that this watermark issue had been resolved a month or two ago. But apparently not. Is my only recourse to pay online? I'm OK with that, just haven't done it before.

To find out when a specific form is expected to be available, use this tool. Select your TurboTax product, 1040 Individual, and US Federal or appropriate state from the drop-down menus. Enter the form or schedule name in the search box.

Form 1040-ES is showing as supported for printing but not e-filing, which is why it displays with the watermark. Since the form is just to accompany a payment and not part of the tax return, this is acceptable. You can also pay online in which case the form is not needed.
