When you log in, do you get a notification of a message? If so, click on the notification and see if you see the message.

Log into your account, and in the right upper corner of your screen click a red box Expert Help.

In a subsequent window look for "my contact history" and click on it. Your messages list should appear, and you can click each one to display.
