What does the number "0" refers to? It was not there the previous years (it used to simply say See Stmt). Also on the continuation statement showing the two countries where the foreign accounts are located , there is a "Total" line with a "0". What is this Total 0 about?</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Anyone else has this problem?
