Contact the IRS at 800-829-7650 to discuss payment plans. Usually, the IRS combines them so you don't have to pay the start up fee again but that doesn't work in your case.

Hi I’m stressed and confused.me and my ex are still on good terms and we still pay on a payment plan of taxes we owed when married

i just filed my now single taxes today and I owe..I guess I wasn’t having enough withheld from my check during the year lol.I requested a payment plan to pay and didn’t think about it but are they going to deny me a payment plan since I’m still on one with my ex from when we were married and joint? :( neither him or I can afford to fully pay off that payment plan right now and I cannot afford to straight up pay in full what I owe for my own taxes right now either so what is going to happen?
