Not importing complete financial information

TT is not importing all the information from my Schwab account - after it 'completes' the import a review screen pops up telling me line 1a Total Ordinary Dividends are blank.

Tried to 'input manually' but just goes back to the financial info search page.

So frustrated - used this software last year and it all worked flawlessly.?.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.

I purchased & downloaded from Amazon. So the answer is moot.

You may need to enter your dividends manually if your import did not bring them over correctly. You can make a one-line entry for the totals, if you more than one 1099-DIV.

After choosing 'Add Investments' at the bottom of the investment section, choose 'Skip Import', then click on the 'Dividends' icon and Continue. The next page you'll enter your dividend info.
