    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had received this error message when trying to boot TT Premier after downloading to an external hard drive.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled TT on that drive, and reinstalled it on the Hard drive on the PC.&amp;nbsp; It worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you realize that after three years users are still getting this error which shuts down Turbo tax before it even gets started?&amp;nbsp; I chose the option to install on a larger SSD but now I am told to resolve error 209 I need to uninstall and reinstall on my OS Drive which has very limited space?&amp;nbsp; Is this the best solution after three years? &amp;nbsp; How about an urgent release to fix a pointer to the correct installed drive?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Very disappointing that I cannot use the product in 2024 after using it for some 20 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here it is a year later 1/17/25 and I just got the same error trying to load my new Turbo Tax Deluxe program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't load the program without a crash and we are supposed to rely on their tax program for our 1040's??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
