I have gone through a previous thread with the same problem and the answer seems to suggest that there is a "Smart Form Box" between line 11 and 12 on form 4562. My programs does not show that smart box.

Which Schedule does your Form 4562 relate to? Schedule C, Schedule E, etc. What type of asset are you checking depreciation for? If you can share more info, we'll try to help.
