      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using TT Online and I'm looking at the instructions to find "Switch Product" in the left-hand toolbar and then choose Downgrade. But there&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;is&lt;/EM&gt; no "Switch Product" option in the left-hand toolbar. When I finished my returns and started to check out, I found it was trying to charge me for the option with live assistance even though I thought I'd rejected that option at the beginning. I don't need live assistance, didn't use live assistance, and don't want to pay for it, but it isn't giving me any way to change it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12px;"&gt;With your tax return open, select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12px;"&gt;Proceed through the screens until you reach the&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;Just a few steps left...&lt;/I&gt; screen, then select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Start&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;or &lt;STRONG&gt;Revisit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;next to&amp;nbsp;&lt;I&gt;Step 1: Review Your Order&lt;/I&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12px;"&gt;On the&amp;nbsp;order summary&amp;nbsp;screen, select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Downgrade&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12px;"&gt;If you don't see &lt;STRONG&gt;Downgrade &lt;/STRONG&gt;or already used the Tax Expert feature, you can &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/content/p_cg_tt_na_cas_na_article:L37BZFuBV_US_en_US" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;clear your return and start over&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:12px;"&gt; as long as you haven’t paid yet.
