Hello everyone!

I’m filing my taxes, however I ran into a question that I am a little confused about. It’s regarding the 1095-A form. The question is; “Did you have health insurance from the market place? From healthcare.gov or NY state of health?”

I have Fidelis Care insurance, but I’m not sure if it’s from the market place or if it’s from healthcare.gov or NY state of health. Does anyone know if it is?

If you received a 1095-A, then check "Yes." Form 1095-A is used to report information on health plans through the Marketplace.

I didn’t get a 1095-A form. I just want to know since I have Fidelis Care/Essential plan 1, would I have to fill out the 1095-A form?

No. Absolutely not. You do not complete a Form 1095-A. Where asked if you have a Form 1095-A you answer NO.
