This is ridiculous. I have approximately 100 OID items to enter. When I try to do it step by step its shows no OID interest. Yet when I click edit the OID and the OID acquisition premium is there. I then have to enter the state ID. I am trying to break OID by state. When I try the form version the order is different than the 1099 that was issued from my brokerage company. Since there is some OID amounts the same it is hard to enter the correct state. THERE HAS TO BE AN EASIER WAY!

Are you seeing the issue after following the steps provided by DoninGA above? I have copies her response for quick review:
