    <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't waste a lot of time. I called support and they told me to do any updates, which I did and it still did not work. They said download the manual update, again did not work. I ended up saving my data files then uninstalling and then reinstalling the program. Make sure if you bought online you have the link to the program and the authorization code and you save your datafiles to another drive so it does not get deleted. Turbotax this is the second time in 2 years this has happened. Fix your **bleep** coding this is getting old.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
