Turbotax desktop version

Hello! Last year I learned from a TT live expert that I can get a complimentary TT desktop SW version if I pay for the online version. I just paid for the online version with live assisted. And I want to get the desktop version which is easier to work with CA 568 forms. Please advise how can I get it? Thanks!

BTW:

I called 800-446-8848 and the robotic voice AI can not lead me to a real person.

Thanks. I heard the desktop version is free if I paid TT online with live assisted version. Is it true? Or do i still need to purchase a separate copy for desktop SW?
