    <description>&lt;P&gt;When someone looks at your return on the phone, they do not have a diagnostic copy. &amp;nbsp;Sending a diagnostic copy allows us to see the entries on your return and see where they are coming from and if there is an error in calculations or something else going on. &amp;nbsp;It &lt;STRONG&gt;does&lt;/STRONG&gt; remove your personal info such as your name, address and ssn. &amp;nbsp;When we are not able to reproduce an issue, and it is not in the list of known issues, the first step is to look at the diagnostic copy, then we can escalate it if we can verify that there is an error in TurboTax or provide the customer a solution so they can finish their taxes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The person on the phone shadowed my screen to see the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Missouri doesn't tax federal obligations like T-bill interest.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the 1099-DIV there is a question about if any of the reported income was from US obligations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, on the MO-A line 8 it miscalculates by ignoring one spouse and doubling the other spouse's amount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THIS leads to a miscalculation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just want to know when it will be fixed??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would like to take a deeper look at this. However, I need a diagnostic file, which is a copy of your tax return that has all of your personal information removed. You can send one to us by following the directions below:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Online:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.25pt;"&gt;Sign into your online account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.25pt;"&gt;Locate the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;on the left-hand side of the screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.25pt;"&gt;A drop-down will appear. Select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Tools&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.25pt;"&gt;On the pop-up screen, click on “&lt;STRONG&gt;Share my file with agent&lt;/STRONG&gt;.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.25pt;"&gt;Click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Online&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab in the black bar across the top of TurboTax and select “&lt;STRONG&gt;Send Tax File to Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt;” *&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:11.25pt;"&gt;This will generate a message that a diagnostic copy will be created. Click on OK and the tax file will be sanitized and transmitted to us.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
