      <description>&lt;P&gt;it looks like CA has a limit on investment income of $4674 to be eligible for EIC.&amp;nbsp; I finally got into a worksheet and it stops me at the investment income section.&amp;nbsp; AGI is $18547 made up of Earned income $10162 and Additional income (from Schedule 1 $8385 rental income) called investment income.&amp;nbsp; This investment income appears to be capped, therefore not eligible for CA EITC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the only thing that I'm finding, sounds right?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
