1099-B 2 Boxes only

From a broker I trade futures with I received a 1099-B that only has information in Box 8 & 11. They are not on the list to import to TT. What do I do to record the 1099-B? Do I have to manually put in every trade or is there a way to just use the information from the 2 boxes?

You can manually enter the information and summarize the totals. However, if you summarize, you have to mail the transaction details to the IRS. See the instructions in this discussion.
