      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I use the TurboTax Online. I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Cleared caches&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Used 3 different browsers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Used 2 different devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- My internet connection is fine&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was eventually able to manage a very convoluted backdoor to start my return (hard to explain, but involved initiating a search for local experts through the TurboTax website, then clicking a link indicating I’d changed my mind and wanted to do my own taxes). However, when I logged out and tried to sign in again later the same evening, I experienced the same issue: “Oops something went wrong.”&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just checked again. For whatever reason, I am able to log in now, using the same device and browser I had issues with the previous day. I’m not sure what is causing this error, but I’ve noticed other discussions on this forum describing a similar issue. For the time being it seems that my problem has spontaneously resolved. I will reply here if I experience the same issue as I did yesterday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
