Schedule Endow Ky

It’s says everywhere that I must mail in my state return with my Schedule Endow and the application. Yet turbo tax sent it electronically and didn’t give me any info to mail. It was accepted by Fed and State. Help! Do I need to mail still?

The Department of Revenue for Kentucky offers the information below for submitting your Schedule ENDOW. It also says the following about mailing form "This application contains time-sensitive information; therefore, mailing the application is not recommended.

Choose one of the following options to submit the Endow application. E-mail: DORTaxCredits@ky.gov Fax: 502-564-0058 Hand–delivery: Department of Revenue, 1st floor security desk at 501 High Street, Frankfort, Kentucky (call 502-564-8139 and ask for an employee in the Tax Credits Section.)
