      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately your Automated Response system will not allow me to advance without providing my Support ID which I had left open on the desktop but now no longer shows.&amp;nbsp; Asking it to tell me where to find my Support ID is useless.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
