Turbotax system issues

I'm tax resident alien, and my wife isn't, she doesn't have an SSN. The system wouldn't allow me to efile since I can't enter my wife's SSN.

Would you fix this issue Turbotax?

To e-file, both spouses have to have a taxpayer ID. Since your wife doesn't have a taxpayer ID (SSN or ITIN), you will need to print and mail your tax return. You'll need to enter "NRA" in the space for her taxpayer ID.

This is not something that TurboTax can fix. The IRS does not allow e-filing without an SSN or ITIN.
