Form 3921

While filing taxes, I replied no to the question, 'did you receive form 3921'. But when I press continue, it still asks me details about stocks, that we never received. Is this a software glitch?

You can review your entries regarding stocks in the TurboTax entry screens to make sure everything was entered accurately. A Form 3921 is for the exercise of stock options.

Try the following:

Click on the search icon in the top right corner of your TurboTax screen
Type "form 3921" in the search box
Click on the link "Jump to form 3921"
Make sure the box "I neither bought nor sold ISO's this year"
And then click "Continue"

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can check if there is a Form 3921 in your return as follows:

Click on "Forms" in the top right corner of your TurboTax screen to switch to Forms Mode
In you left panel review your forms in your return
If there is a Form 3921, click on it
And select "Delete Form" in the bottom left of the form
Then select "Yes" to confirm the deletion of the form

If you are using TurboTax Online

Continue your return
In your left panel click on "Tax Tools" and then "Tools"
Under "Other Helpful Links" choose "Delete a form"
Find the Form 3921 and click on the option to delete it
