    <description>&lt;P&gt;I activated Turbotax deluxe windows the same time I installed it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time I get a windows update it asks me to activate again.&amp;nbsp; It shows I have used 4 of 5 licenses now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How many licenses are required to do my taxes?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What if I choose to do my girlfriends taxes in Turbotax like I normally do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ransom for purchasing Turbotax is incredibly high and while only using one license it is showing I have abused it by installing on 4 systems.&amp;nbsp; I have installed only once, on one system.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is Amazon sharing my key out?&amp;nbsp; What is going on?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I enjoy the ease of using Turbotax which is why I come back year after year.&amp;nbsp; However, the software itself is extremely buggy.&amp;nbsp; So much so it makes me concerned the security could be easily compromised.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the response forwarded to my account.&amp;nbsp; Completely irrelevant.&amp;nbsp; None of these are causing this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is it only ignorant responses are available in the community?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I fix TurboTax requesting license activation on every launch?&lt;BR /&gt;by TurboTax&lt;BR /&gt;•&lt;BR /&gt;35&lt;BR /&gt;•&lt;BR /&gt;Updated 1 month ago&lt;BR /&gt;Some TurboTax Desktop customers may receive multiple prompts to activate their license, which results in TurboTax not launching.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the following methods should resolve this issue.       <description>&lt;P&gt;When you originally installed your software, did you have a thumb drive in one of your USB drives? Or do you have your software installed in OneDrive instead of a local drive?&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is from another user:&lt;BR /&gt;I keep my TurboTax files in a secure personal vault on OneDrive. It appears that OneDrive might be related to the issue. I moved my saved file to the local computer drive and launched by double clicking the saved file. This bypassed the repeated activation codes, and when I closed Turbotax and then used the normal icon it did not ask for activation. However it comes back as a problem, when it does I just close out, and opening from the local saved file is needed to get back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
