    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;It depends. The statute of limitations to amend a timely-filed 2019 return would normally have ended in April, 2023. However, if you still have a balance due on your 2019 return, or you paid the tax within the last two years, you could still file an amended return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
