Can I use turbo tax to amend my 2022 tax return electronically now? I did not use turbo tax when I originally filed my 2022 taxes.

Yes, you can use TurboTax to file an amended 2022 tax return even if you didn't use TurboTax to originally file your tax return. You will have to enter your original tax return in TurboTax first exactly as it is, then amend it.

It’s too late to file prior-year tax returns on TurboTax Online. You will have to purchase TurboTax Desktop and install it on your computer to prepare your 2022 tax return.

Ok just to clarify, even though I have already filed my 2022 taxes and I need to add some wages I need to purchase the desktop program as though I am going to be filing my 2022 taxes and enter it in that way? Will there be an option to say that it is an ammended return not original filing? And is this is a program I can just download from the web?
