&lt;P&gt;Clearing your browser history for all time, before re-installing?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Setting up a new account in Windows for all TurboTax stuff?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Changing Internet Security settings from Medium-High (default) to Medium?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Running as Administrator?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We are looking at your post, and need to ask whether you &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(29,28,29);font-size:14px;"&gt;have WRITE access to the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:rgb(29,28,29);font-size:14px;"&gt; folder, or if you can grant the &amp;nbsp;access if it lacks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
