How do you change a response to whether or not you itemized 2017 tax return?

There is at least one spot where they ask this. It is after entering a state tax refund.

Try this:

Federal
Income & Wages
State tax refund...edit
See the summary and click Done...it will ask the questions about itemizing in 2017
