      <title>Continuous Loop as I try to efile</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to e-file Federal, Nebraska and Iowa return. I purchased all three and paid to efile both states. It states that there was one more check and I need to update form IA4562 Schedule A. I enter a 0, it takes, and I see it on the form, I click continue and try to transmit and it comes back with the same error.&amp;nbsp; I have tried updating the field using the box, the form, and even saving after updating.&amp;nbsp; It has me in a continuous loop.&amp;nbsp; How do I get past this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had just updated TurboTax yesterday and had the error.&amp;nbsp; I was frustrated and was going to try again today.&amp;nbsp; Same issue and if I check for updates, the software says it is current.&amp;nbsp; This is an error in the program.&amp;nbsp; It is not retaining the data I am entering.&amp;nbsp; Is there any method to contact TurboTax to review?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
