installturbotax.com link for 2024 does not work

Purchased 2024 Premier edition at a Costco store so only have a license code. When trying to install it the installturbotax.com link never connects. Using Windows 11, no VPN. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Go to this TurboTax website and download the software you purchased. After you have selected the software the either Windows or Mac, the software will download to the download directory on your computer or to whatever directory you have selected to receive downloads - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

Link does not work. You guys make enough money off of your overpriced software and forced "upgrades" of Quickbooks, you'd think you could get your servers working properly.

Intuit has tons of cash, so there is no excuse for failing servers.

Selected Windows as the OS. It immediately downloaded a 356MB installation file to my download directory.

Clear cache and cookies on your web browser and try again. If still unable to download then change your web browser to Google Chrome.

I tried with a fresh, brand new Google Chrome install and it STILL doesn't work. Clear YOUR cache and coockies and see for yourself.

@tom12019 Then you have a local problem. Either virus and/or malware programs interfering or using a VPN, Turn it all off if possible and try it again.
