I use turbo tax desktop for mac

I have now re-input my information 3x and saved the file each time and each time I start over. I have used turbo tax for years so I know how to save a file. I am filing separately vs. jointly for the first time. Could this be the issue and if so, how do I fix it! Arrgh. Turbo tax about to lose me as a customer if I have to keep doing this

Not sure if this would cause your current issue----but I will throw this out there----Since you are making a big change in filing status for 2024 and filing MFS instead of MFJ --you should not transfer the 2023 tax file in to 2024. You do not want all the embedded "spouse stuff" to come over from 2023 into your MFS 2024 return. Your 2024 MFS return should be started from "scratch."
