Filing Payment options???

I finished and ready to file my state and Federal taxes, but every-time I choose pay with credit card I just get an empty box and a spinning blue circle, after 30 minutes I click on the X close and it tells me my card was declined WHAT I didn't even enter the card information. So frustrated, only option works is to have payment done having turbo tax file and take FROM my refund at $40.00 WHAT... filing fee for my state is $25.00 and now adding another $40.00 -no way. You can't file your taxes electronically with out paying the $40.00 -so its that or not filing.

If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, then re-open it and go back to the FILE section.

Step through until the payment screen comes up, and this should resolve your issue. When you start to enter a credit card, the program goes to a 'Payment Server' that may not be getting a good signal from your computer (a separate window should open for you to enter your info).

You may want to temporarily disable your anti-virus programs as well during the Efiling and Payment process.
