Why is Turbo asking for form 4852 when I have the 1099Rs

I'm not sure why you are being asked about a substitute form 1099-R, but normally you would have to indicate that you need to prepare one to see that message. You may have to delete the Form 1099-R entry where you are seeing that message and enter that Form 1099-R again.

Did you check the box for needing a substitute 1099-R instead of a Form 1099-R? Click the back arrow and see what was selected
