First review the information you input. Make sure that the numbers you input are correct, especially any social security numbers or other identification.

You can contact us by following the steps below:

Log into your return and continue it
Click on the help icon in the upper right corner
Click on Contact us (See the screenshot below)
Give an explanation of what the problem with your return is
Select "Get a callback"
Enter your telephone number, name and e-mail (See the second screenshot below)
Click on the Call me button
