If I use the TurboTax Full Service option and have an expert file the taxes for me does that include the tax filing for my spouse since I want to file as a joint couple?

Yes. A Joint return is one return combined for the both of you. Your spouse is included on the Joint return. They don’t file a separate return.

Yes if you are filing a joint return it includes you and your spouse.
