I have 10 rental properties, but depreciation figure is not showing up on my 1120S. The only one showing up is a new one for this year. Last year, Turbotax generated a 4562 for each property.

If no depreciation is showing up on your 1120-S for this year then there is a problem with the properties carrying over from a prior year. It does not seem to have done so. You need to review the properties and see if they have carried over and are depreciating or not.

That's the point! Why are they not carrying over?
