If you are trying to enter your Form 1099-OID in TurboTax you can use the instructions below.

To enter your Form 1099-OID, in TurboTax Desktop, you can:

Click on "Wages & Income"
Select "I'll Choose What I Work On"
Scroll down to "Interest & Dividends"
Click on "Start" or "Revisit" next to "1099-OID"
Your screen will ask "Miscellaneous Income Check any that apply".
Select Form-OID for original issue discount income
It will ask you to refer to Form 1099-B to see if you received any original issue discounts. Answer "Yes" if this true
Select to import your Form 1099-OID or "Type it Myself"
Enter your Form 1099-OID and answer the TurboTax follow-up questions about your Form 1099-OID.

Continue your return
Click on "Wages & Income" in your left panel
Scroll down to "Less Common Investments and Savings"
Click on the (down-facing) caret next to 1099-OID
Click on "Start" or "Revisit" next to 1099-OID
Your screen will ask "Miscellaneous Income Check any that apply".
Select Form-OID for original issue discount income
It will ask you to refer to Form 1099-B to see if you received any original issue discounts. Answer "Yes" if this true
Select to import your Form 1099-OID or "Type it Myself"
Enter your Form 1099-OID and answer the TurboTax follow-up questions about your Form 1099-OID.
