I was about to ask this same question of TurboTax when I found that someone else posted this link so I'll repost it here. Hopefully it works for both of us: https://tax-payment.turbotax.intuit.com/app/extra-filing-app-plugin/topic-experience?filing=payment&entity=partnership&state=ny

Dear Intuit - We all want this form readily available in our software. For the love of god. In fact, NYS just issued guidance that if a business user *has* TurboTax (which is now an approved software for this purpose), then users *must* e-file. But where on earth is the form? If we have Home & Business, it is not even searchable through the NYS forms available in "form" view. You would think it would be housed in the "quick employer forms" section that is for some reason separate from the desktop version but no, it is not. Literally no one can find it. When you update your software as you do on a yearly basis, please consider causing your business customers less pain and include this form in a more obvious location. Because, as other users have stated, the penalties for missing it are steep. Thanks in advance.

I have had this same issue of not being able to use Turbo Tax Business for efiling the IT 204 LL over the past few years. I have stopped buying the TTax Business edition for this reason and i use a friend to file this form electronically. This is something Intuit needs to address fast! This has been my experience from 2023 filing period.....wanted to know if this has changed for the 2024 filing period....can someone from Intuit kindly address?
