    <description>&lt;P&gt;This morning I tried to e-file my return and kept getting an error message that it cannot Validate, so no transfer. It stated that I needed an update to continue. I checked for an update and my version is up to date. I rebooted my computer and tried again. Software up to date, but when filing it said I needed an update. Is there a problem &amp;nbsp;on Intuit side?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
