TurboTax Deluxe Federal/State downloaded but can't access the Interest and Dividends section. It goes directly to Investment Income. How do I access Interest form?

I've tried accessing 1099-INT form by clicking on it and also by having TurboTax take me through all the steps in order. Nothing works. It goes directly to Investment Income section.

To report interest income received -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home & Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home & Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on
Under Interest and Dividends
On Interest on 1099-INT, click on the start or update button

Or enter interest income in the Search box locate in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to interest income

Desktop editions 2024 -

On the screen Did you have investment income in 2024?, Click on Yes
On the screen Let Us Enter Your Bank and Brokerage Tax Documents, click on Skip Import
On the screen OK, let's start with one investment type, click on Interest and Continue

You are in the right place- interest and dividends get reported in the investment income section.

Here's how to enter a 1099-INT into TurboTax Online manually (replace 1099-INT with 1099-DIV after completing this):

Open TurboTax Online and navigate to Wages & Income > Investments and Savings (1099-B, 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-K, Crypto) > Add/Edit
Choose the button Add Investments
Under "Let's import", choose "Enter a different way."
Choose Interest, continue
Choose "Type it in myself"
Enter FEIN from payer, payer's name, and amount of interest. Choose recipient's name from dropdown box.
